This Privacy Policy describes how Tommy Dao handles information in
Pooh-Glider (Android package: com.thaidao1977.poohglider).
It applies to the game version currently being prepared for release,
before advertising is added.
Pooh-Glider does not require players to create an account or provide their name, email address, phone number, or other contact information to play the game.
The game uses the device to display gameplay and play music and sound
effects. The current Android application configuration declares the
RECORD_AUDIO permission. The game does not offer a voice
recording or voice-upload feature. Any microphone permission request,
if shown by Android, can be managed in the device's app settings.
The developer does not request that players submit microphone
recordings as part of gameplay.
The version described by this policy does not include in-game advertising. Advertising may be added in a later version; before releasing that version, this policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated to reflect the actual advertising services and their data practices.
Google Play, Apple App Store, and device operating-system services may independently process technical or purchase information under their own privacy policies. This public support page is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process information when visitors access the website. Those services are not operated by the Pooh-Glider developer.
If you voluntarily contact us at the support address above, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message. We use that information to respond to your request and manage support correspondence. We do not sell support emails or use them for targeted advertising. Email service providers necessarily process messages to deliver and store them. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
We use ordinary access controls on the support email account and HTTPS for this public website. No online player account is required or maintained by the developer. Support messages are kept only as reasonably needed to handle requests and related records, subject to legal requirements. To request deletion of your support correspondence, email thaind77@yahoo.com. Removing the game from your device may remove its local information; device backups are governed by your device and operating-system settings.
The game does not require children to submit personal details to play. Parents or guardians may contact us at the support address with privacy questions or requests.
We may update this policy when the game's features or data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
